We're a human interest-focused storytelling group and podcast out of Dartmouth College and inspired by our namesake This American Life. We operate as a small group of students who spend our time amidst our classes and extracurriculars bringing stories to Dartmouth, because we believe in storytelling's abilities to unite community and we love listening to them, as well.
At the close of every term, we host a live storytelling inspired by The Moth's similar events, which we've come to lovingly call TDLive. Often hosted in One Wheelock, we partner up with a campus organization and pick a theme. Past themes have included Through The Closet Doors and Home Is Where The Heart Is. Some of these live stories are recorded and released as podcast episodes themselves. Storytellers are always welcome to drop in and tell a story during one of these events, with or without notes.
Once a week, you'll hear us on WDCR, Dartmouth's college radio station. We feature guests, profile students' stories, cover quiet and quaint campus news, and play our favorite bits of audio from our live storytelling events, or some from our podcast episodes.
If you'd like to join our family, pitch a story, or better get to know what we do, we'd love to hear from you. Thanks for listening, and in the words of The Moth, we hope you have a story-worthy day.
